Our current customers may use the Sonostar golf course database and all of the information contained within the website is for the personal use. A violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is constituted for any unlawful access to any/or mining of the data contained within the Sonostar computer server. Federal court upheld Sonostar copyright registrations of the course database, screen displays, file formats, computer software programs, and Sonocaddie and Sonostar registered trademarks. The collective work contained with the Sonostar scorecard database and Sonostar scorecard applications are copyrighted materials, which are provided to our valued Sonostar customers only for your personal use with Sonostar. Any distribution, exhibition, reproduction or use of these works for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

Sonostar will continue to identify any illegal actions against our copyrighted works, trademarks, and intellectual property. Please be confident that we will carry out these actions to the fullest extent of the law to ensure that Sonostar works remain available for your personal use with Sonostar products.
